What methods of payment do you accept?

 

Hollywood Hamilton Clothing accepts Square, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.

How will I know my order was accepted?

 

After you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted by Hollywood Hamilton. You can always email us with any questions at HOLLYWOODHAMILTONCLOTHING@GMAIL.COM

How will I know my order was shipped?

 

After your order has been received and prepared, you will receive an additional email.  For most shipping orders, you will receive an email from Stamps.com with your tracking info and shipping information.  

For local pick up orders that are ready, you will receive a follow up email from HOLLYWOODHAMILTONCLOTHING.COM that your order is now ready for pick up. How long does my order take to ship? Can I make changes to my Order?

 

A typical order inside the US typically takes 3-5 business days.  Orders placed outside of the US may take 7-10 business days.

 

While we ask that you allow for 24 hours to process your order, we strive to get all of our orders packaged and ready for delivery the day it is received and sent out by the following morning.  

 

Once your order is placed, HOLLYWOOD HAMILTON CLOTHING processes your order immediately. Because we value getting our products to our customers quickly, we cannot add or remove items.  For this same reason, an order may not be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

 

HOLLYWOOD HAMILTON CLOTHING does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

 

*IF an return/exchange is approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be included in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 90 days old, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.
